Welcome to Quarter Scale. We take pride in supplying high-quality 1/4 scale products. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Quarter Scale ships to customers within Australia and internationally.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, and shipping method selected.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather events, or peak shipping periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Quarter Scale cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Change of Mind
Due to the specialised nature of our products, Quarter Scale does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is unused;
- the item is in brand-new condition;
- all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included;
- the item shows no signs of installation, assembly, or use; and
- proof of purchase is provided.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, an exchange will be arranged for an item of equal value or the price difference paid where applicable.
Items that have been used, modified, assembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive:
- an incorrect item;
- an item that was damaged during shipping; or
- a product with a manufacturing defect,
please contact Quarter Scale within 14 days of receiving your order.
Where the claim is verified, Quarter Scale will cover all reasonable return shipping costs and arrange either:
- a replacement item; or
- an exchange where appropriate.
Photographs of the product and packaging may be required before an exchange is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or assembled products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty under applicable consumer law)
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Do not return any products until you have received return authorisation from Quarter Scale.
Pricing Currency
All prices displayed on the Quarter Scale website are in United States Dollars (USD).
Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or charges imposed by their bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
